Allison has been dancing since she was four years old, dedicating her life to the art form. Her training is rooted in Ballet, which she believes is the essential foundation for all modern dance styles.

As a top competitive Acro Dancer, Allison’s success is a testament to her extensive training in the Acrobatic Arts. She has had the privilege of studying with some of the industry's most respected dancer-instructors, including Drew Burgess, Joey Arrigo, Briar Nolet, and Derek Piquette.

Allison's dedication and talent have earned her a place in the top 10 at the Dynasty Acro Competition for two consecutive years. In 2023, she proudly competed on Team USA, where she helped her team achieve a remarkable fourth-place finish.

Mr. Rich, the founder of Allison's Dance Company, has had a lifelong passion for dance. His journey began in his teenage years, where his love for Latin dance led him to meet his wife, Mrs. Crissy, who plays a vital role in keeping the studio running smoothly.

When his daughter, Allison, was just old enough to walk, it was clear that she shared his love for dance. Recognizing her passion, Mr. Rich was determined to nurture her talent. This journey led them to discover the world of Acro Dance, which intensified their shared passion. They found the Acrobatic Arts program and its dedicated staff to be the perfect fit for their goals.

Mr. Rich is a certified Acrobatic Arts teacher and studio owner, and his expertise goes even further. He is also certified in Kinesiology and Aerial Arts. His extensive knowledge and certifications ensure that Allison's Dance Company is a well-rounded and top-tier studio, dedicated to providing the best in acrobatic dance education.

Miss Britney is a dedicated dance professional who is always expanding her knowledge and skills. She is constantly researching and learning new techniques, with a future goal of earning a Master of Fine Arts in Dance Performance.

At the studio, you'll find Miss Britney teaching a variety of classes, including ballet, contemporary, and tap. She is known for her vibrant purple tap shoes and for encouraging students to step out of their comfort zones. Through various improvisational techniques, she helps dancers explore and develop their own unique self-expression.

Robb Taylor is a seasoned creator whose career serves as a bridge between the golden era of character-driven cinema and the timeless traditions of American music. As an actor, director, and producer, Taylor has navigated the complexities of Hollywood with a presence that is both commanding and authentic.

Taylor’s filmography reflects a penchant for high-stakes storytelling. He is best known for his work in cult favorites and gripping dramas such as "Crossfire III," "The Killing of Bobby Green," and "Don’t Believe the Hype." His reputation for excellence allowed him to collaborate with some of the most influential figures in cinematic history, including Sylvester Stallone, Robin Williams, Whoopi Goldberg, and Bill Pullman. These experiences on major sets informed his later work behind the camera, where he transitioned into directing and producing with a keen eye for narrative detail.

Today, Taylor is returning to his roots as an accomplished musician. His storytelling has shifted from the script to the song, blending grit and soul in a way only a lifelong performer can. Currently signed with A-Side Productions, Taylor is set to expand his musical legacy with the upcoming releases of "Sing the Blues" and "Rainy Day Cowboy." These projects represent a homecoming for Taylor, proving that whether he is under the studio lights or in the recording booth, his mission remains the same: to tell a story that resonates.

Miss Kendall has been a dedicated student at Allison's Dance Company since 2019, where she quickly developed her skills with a strong focus on technique. As a certified Acrobatic Arts Assistant, she is an invaluable member of our team, helping to instruct our youngest dancers and ensure they build a solid foundation.

Beyond her role as an assistant, Miss Kendall is one of our top performers. She has been recognized as a top 10 performer worldwide and proudly represented us as a member of Team USA. We are incredibly proud of her accomplishments and her unwavering willingness to help wherever she is needed.

Miss Maddie has been a vibrant part of the dance world since the incredible age of three, cultivating her passion for the art. She has been a dedicated and loyal student at Allison's Dance Company since 2018, where her commitment and skill have flourished.

Miss Maddie is a helping hand in all of our classes, bringing enthusiasm and expertise to every level. However, she truly shines and takes a lead role with our youngest dancers in the beloved Peeps Class. Her patience and nurturing spirit ensure our little ones have a fun and positive introduction to dance.

We are so grateful for Miss Maddie's many years of dedication to ADC, and we are proud to have her guiding our future dancers!
