Recreational Dance
We have a great deal of recreational students and they take many of the same class as our competitive students. We train everyone like they will compete even if they don’t. We want these students to shine on stage for all our events.
Competitive Dance
Our most committed dance students and their families consider trying out for our competition team. Becoming part of Allison’s Dance Company Competition team is extremely rewarding. These students will train upwards of 5 hours a week. Most train upwards of 20 hours or more a week and love every second of it.
Summer Dance
Forget traditional ballet! We will introduce your little dancer to Ballet fusion. Ballet is the star of all dance but we combine traditional ballet movement with other styles of dance to keep your little one smiling.
Our program will inspire your little one’s imagination. At Allison’s Dance Company we want our kids to learn to love working on their love of dance!
Contortion
Our Contortion class is focused on the proper manipulation of the body’s flexibility. Some kids are more flexible than other and some are hyper flexible and that needs to be corrected. Safety and education are our primary focus.
Hand Balancing
Hand balancing is one of the hardest skills to learn. It is amazing to see kids walk around on their hands as well as they do on their feet!
Strength, technique, and tenacity are all needed to become an excellent hand balancer. Here at ADC, we have a proven strategy to teach our students different ways to hand balance.
