Allison Bogdanowicz
Artistic Directors
Miss Allison has been dancing since the age of 4. She has spent years focused on her love of dance. Ballet has been the base of her training and is the foundation of all modern dance. As a top competitive Acro Dancer she has depended on her Acrobatic Arts instruction that has led her to her success.
Miss Allison has studied in all the styles of dance we teach and has had the privilege to learn from some of the top dancer/instructors like Drew Burgess, Joey Arrigo, Briar Nolet, Derek Piquette and more.
She has been rated top 10 through Dynasty Acro Competition 2 years in a row and competed on Team USA in 2023 achieving 4th place!
Richard Bogdanowicz

Mr. Rich who started Allison’s Dance Company for his daughter Allison grew up with the love of Latin dance. He started dancing in his teen years and that is when he met his wife Mrs. Crissy (That keeps us all on track).
When Allison was old enough to walk it was apparent that dance had been in her heart. This is when Mr. Rich had known they had to foster this love. Around the age of 6 we discovered the world of Acro Dance. This had intensified the passion we had for dance. We found Acrobatic Arts and the wonderful staff to be exactly what we needed at this time.
As a certified Acrobatic Arts teacher and Studio Mr. Rich also became certified in Kinesiology and Aerial Arts. This has made our studio well rounded in what it takes to be one of the world’s best Acrobatics Dance Studios!
Britney Deputy

Miss Britney has been dancing since she was 4 years old and is a local to the Berwick area. Britney attended Berwick Area Senior High where she was the color guard captain for two years, and even performed in the school’s first ever musical. After high school Britney attended Bloomsburg University where she obtained a Bachelors Degree in Media and Journalism along with a Minor in Dance.
Britney continues to further her dance career by researching and learning new dance techniques every chance she gets, in the future Britney plans to obtain a Masters of Fine Arts in Dance Performance. Until then you’ll see her teaching various classes at the studio including ballet, contemporary, and tap.
At the studio Miss Britney is known for her vibrant purple tap shoes and pushing students to step out of their comfort zone to explore self expression through various improvisational techniques.
Miss Kendall
Staff
Miss Kendall has been a student of Allison’s Dance Company since 2019. She quickly learned her skills and is hyper focused on technique. As an Acrobatic Arts Certified Assistant, we heavily depend on Miss Kendall to help instruct our young dancers on that technique.
As one of our top performers she has also been named top 10 worldwide and took part as part of Team USA making us very proud.
Miss Kendall is always ready to step in when she is needed!
Miss Kaitlyn

Miss Kaitlyn is a junior instructor for our Hip Hop classes. She is one of our top competitive performers and lives her life around dance. We are very excited to have Miss Kaitlyn working with our young Hip Hoppers. She always keeps our Hip-Hop classy and fun!
Miss Amber
Staff
Miss Amber is an aerial instructor for Allison’s Dance Company. She is trained in aerial silks through Born to Fly and Spin City curriculum. Amber has experience on other apparatuses as well including hoop, straps, rope, etc. When she’s not working her day to day job she’s practicing her aerial skills or handbalancing. Or she’s teaching her aerial skills to other aerialists-in-training! Amber is always seeking to continue her education through various aerial instructional programs or through learning from other experts in the industry.
